My Journey

For years, I lived by the rules I thought would guarantee success. Work hard. Be the best. Don't show weakness. Push through. I climbed the corporate ladder, checked all the boxes, and by every external measure, I was winning.

But inside? I was exhausted, disconnected, and running on a script that wasn't even mine.

The turning point came when I realized that my inner dialogue — the stories I told myself about who I needed to be — was running my life. And those stories? They were keeping me stuck.

The transformation

My transformation didn't happen overnight. It was a journey of looking within, observing the narratives I'd unconsciously adopted, and having the courage to rewrite them. I learned that real change doesn't come from working harder or pushing through — it comes from changing the conversation you have with yourself.

This journey led me to develop the L.O.V.E. Framework — a systematic approach to transforming self-talk that I now share with leaders and high-achievers ready to stop playing small. Today, through coaching, facilitation, and my Self Love and Empowerment programs, I design experiences that bring together intellectual rigor with real human depth.

Why head and heart?

I believe the best decisions — and the most fulfilling lives — come from integrating both. Too often, we're taught to lead with logic and leave our hearts at the door. But when we learn to honor both, that's when real magic happens.

The Japanese word Kokoro (心) — my newsletter's name — captures this beautifully. It means the unity of heart and mind: the place where true wisdom lives.

What I Believe

The principles that guide my work and life

1

Change starts within

External change is temporary. Internal transformation is lasting. That's why every framework I teach begins with self-reflection.

2

Stories shape reality

The narratives we tell ourselves become self-fulfilling prophecies. When we change our stories, we change our lives.

3

Both/and, not either/or

We can be ambitious AND at peace. Successful AND fulfilled. Leading with head AND heart isn't just possible — it's essential.
